CEO Mode is an executive productivity application published by MUKURU JAMIL MUSINGUZI / Jam Enterprises. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information stored on your device
Most personal planning content is stored locally in the app's private storage. Depending on the features you use, this can include your name, role, company, profile image, tasks, goals, roadmaps, decisions, journal entries, wins, reminders, contacts you add, business-card details, app settings and backups.
You can remove local information through the app's data controls or by uninstalling the app. A backup you export is controlled by you after export.
2. Account and shared workspace information
The core planning workspace does not require a named account. The app may create an anonymous cloud identifier to verify purchases securely and prevent free accounts from making AI provider requests.
If you choose shared Notices features, you can sign in with Google or an email magic link. The cloud service then processes your account identifier, email, workspace memberships, notices, attachments, acknowledgements and related audit information so the collaboration feature can work across devices.
3. CEO+ purchases and entitlement verification
Microsoft Store or another supported app store processes payment information. CEO Mode does not receive your full payment-card details. We process a store customer identifier, product identifier, purchase status and expiry information to verify whether the single CEO+ entitlement is active. Entitlement records are kept while needed to provide purchased access, handle renewals and restores, and resolve billing issues.
4. CEO+ Intelligence
Free, trial and ad-free users generate zero AI provider requests. If an eligible CEO+ entitlement is active and you use an intelligence feature, the text you submit and the relevant app context needed for that request are sent through our secure backend to the configured AI provider. Google Gemini is the primary provider. OpenAI may be used as a tested server-side fallback when the primary model is unavailable.
Provider credentials and model routing remain on the backend. The app does not contain an AI API key. We record limited request metadata such as time, outcome, provider role and account identifier for security, quota enforcement and service reliability; the audit record does not store your prompt text.
Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed for an AI response. AI output may be inaccurate and should not be the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment or other high-impact decisions.
5. Other services
CEO Mode may contact services that provide weather, public news, market data, exchange rates, sports information, public holidays, authentication, cloud storage, purchase verification and app updates. A request contains only the data needed for the feature, such as a city, country code, public market symbol or account token. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Device permissions
The app requests a permission when you choose a related feature. Permissions can include notifications, calendar, contacts, camera or photos, files and location. You can deny or revoke a permission in Windows settings. Some features may then be unavailable.
7. Advertising and analytics
The Windows edition does not display advertising. We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal planning content for behavioural advertising.
8. Security and retention
Network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. Cloud tables use access controls designed to limit users to their own data or workspaces. No security measure is absolute, so keep your device and account credentials secure.
Local information remains until you erase it or uninstall the app. Cloud account and workspace information remains while the account or workspace is active and for a limited period needed for backups, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
9. Children
CEO Mode is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your choices and rights
You can use core tools without a named account, choose whether to use CEO+ Intelligence or shared Notices, manage Store subscriptions, revoke device permissions, export local data and clear local data. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the app and its services change. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
