When you use Centuri Ops we collect the following information:

• Email address (used for account creation and login)

• Callsign (your chosen display name)

• General location (country, county and city — used for filtering nearby airsoft sites)

• Device push notification token (used to send you in-app notifications)

• Subscription status (free or premium tier)

• App usage data (games booked, sites followed, loadout information you choose to enter)

3. Why We Collect It
We collect this data solely to provide the features of the Centuri Ops app including:

• Creating and managing your account

• Booking airsoft games at sites near you

• Connecting you with the airsoft community

• Sending you relevant notifications about games and your followed sites

• Managing your loadout and gear

4. How We Store It
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Firebase is Google's cloud platform and is compliant with GDPR and other international data protection standards. We do not store your password — this is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication.

5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is only used to provide the Centuri Ops service. The following third party services are used to operate the app:

• Google Firebase (data storage and authentication)

• Expo (push notification delivery)

6. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a user based in Ireland or the EU you have the following rights:

• The right to access your data

• The right to correct inaccurate data

• The right to delete your data

• The right to withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account all your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

8. Push Notifications
We use your device push token to send you notifications about games, announcements and loadout alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app's Intel settings.

9. Children's Privacy
Centuri Ops is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
