Centsaday – Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA)

Welcome to Centsaday! By downloading, accessing, or using our application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Censtaday (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Centsaday, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Centsaday for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.

• Sell, distribute, or sublicense the App to others.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscription & Payments

Centsaday offers auto-renewable subscription plans with the following details:

• Subscription Name: Centsaday Premium

• Duration: Weekly, Monthly, Every 6 Months, or Yearly

• Pricing: As displayed on the payment screen (varies by region)

• Free Trial: If not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through App Store account settings.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed through Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. To request a refund, please visit Apple’s Refund Policy.

5. Privacy Policy

6. User Responsibilities

By using Centsaday, you agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and responsibly.

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems.

• Not share your account credentials with others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. In case of termination, you will lose access to all premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
