Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to get to know me and my business. 

I am a human-centered designer, business strategist, facilitator and project leader who has spent more than a decade bridging the gap between grassroots community needs and complex boardroom objectives.

I combine strong business and strategy acumen with human-centered design to help teams in identify root problems and shap user-focused solutions. Systems thinking, sustainability, social impact business, community co-design, and mindfulness are themes that continually energize me and bring meaning to my work.

With a background in post secondary student government, major event delivery, housing development and management consulting—I have the operational experience to produce results and the strategic and leadership experience to set the vision and guide the team.

In my personal time, I enjoys staying active—participating in triathlons, hockey, soccer, golf, and more. I can often be found paddling a kayak or on a backcountry camping trip with friends.

I created Centred Systems to bring intrapreneurial agility, deep operational competence and values based leadership to the organizations that form the bedrock of our communities.
