2023/24 Registration Form & Policies

Beginning this season, our Junior Clinics will be split up into 2 Month Sessions.
The sessions are as follows:
Session 1: 9/4-10/31/2023
Session 2: 11/1-12/31/2023
Session 3: 1/1-2/28/2024
Session 4: 3/1-4/30/2024
Session 5: 5/1-6/28/2024
Step 1: Please choose a session / schedule and make a payment.
We must receive payment for any sessions prior to your child attending their first day.

An email will be sent out towards the end of each session to remind all parents that their session is about to be over, or you can register for the upcoming sessions.
Step 2: Please fill out the registration form below or contact Rachel to discuss your child's planned attendance.
If your child is registered for specific days, it is your responsibility to inform Rachel or the front desk staff if anything comes up and your child will not make it.
Any absence from a pre-registered date without prior notice will still be counted on the child's attendance.
Step 3: Fill out and sign contract, then turn it into the front desk.
Beginning this season, we will require each parent to read and sign a contract acknowledging that they know and understand all of our policies, as well as to provide us with any necessary medical information for their child.
Once a payment & registration form is received, you will be sent or handed a contract to go over and sign.
If sent via email, please print out to sign and turn into the front desk either on the first day of attendance, or by the second day latest.
*Drop Ins Only:*
If showing up un-registered, you will be charged a $5 drop in fee. Any payments not received for drop in attendance on the date attended will be subject to late fees.
Drop Ins can be paid for via Square Checkout Links, QR Codes posted at front desk or on bulletin board, or in person at the front desk. Square Checkout Links can be found on the "Price & Payment Information" page, or at the bottom of each email received from junior.centrecourt@gmail.com.

10 & Under (1hr Lesson):
Monday-Friday
4:00pm-5:00pm*
*U10 time schedule can be adjusted on an individual basis with coach's approval & discretion
18 & Under (Must Stay 2hrs Minimum*):
Monday-Friday
4:00pm-6:30pm
(Rolling Entry on the Half Hour)
Click the link above to access our "Player Accessible Attendance Track." This can be accessed by any parents at any time and lists which days your child is currently registered for, and provides each child's individual spreadsheet* detailing their attendance, any payments made and any current balances owed.
If this is your first time viewing your spreadsheet, you may still need to request viewing access. Once given access, you will always have it. I will do my best to grant you access as quickly as possible once you request it!
If there is no spreadsheet listed for your child, one has not been created yet, or your child has only attended a couple of times and the balance has been paid in full already.
*Individual spreadsheets are only accessible by you personally, and the front desk staff. No other parents may see your spreadsheet.
