I purchased this property from the previous owner in 2015. Following Tropical Storm Irene in 2011, the previous owner had the creek frontage extensively reinforced before constructing the 20'x20' great room, and improving the existing 10'x10' kitchen/restroom. As this property is not located in a flood plain, this property is available for the Federal Flood Insurance program. Since 2015, I completed construction of tiered rock walls along the brook, allowing access to the brook while providing protection from flooding.

This small home is a wonderful year-round or seasonal residence, ski lodge, or mountain getaway. The floor in the great room is insulated with blue board; the walls and complete kitchen/bathroom is insulated with professionally-installed spray foam.
