The Central Library, Government Model College, Kaziranga, is a vital part of the college's learning environment. Since its inception, the library has been providing ample facilities to its users. Presently, it operates with limited space and resources while striving to create a conducive learning atmosphere.

To cultivate reading habits among users, the Central Library, GMCK aims to provide user-centric information resources, foster a user-friendly approach among staff, and deliver accurate services.
The Central Library, GMCK will collect and disseminate inclusive information in both print and electronic formats to support students' academic and intellectual growth, as well as the professional needs of faculty members.
The library will also provide a creative space for reading.
