A Screening of:
Evictions Record (the past three years)
Open Collections
Credit Score (600+)
For This Process You Will Need to Provide:
Two forms of identification, one of them must be a photo ID (e.g. of valid ID's, Social Security Card, Passport, Driver's License, State ID)
Three months of pay stubs or proof of income
Screening may take up to eight days depending on the commonality of your name and the amount of information you provide.
An Income of:
Twice the monthly rent or five times as much for the cosigner.
Deposit:
Is a security deposit of $500 or more depending on your screening results.
Utilities:
Are a flat rate for water, sewer, and garbage. The payment arrangement of electricity, phone, cable and internet are the resident's responsibility.
Acceptance of Your Application:
Within 72 hrs. of approval of your application you will need to sign your rental agreement and pay the required deposit,
