The Top 4 Teams will make the Playoffs.  

In the Semifinals (Best of 7 Series 2-3-2 Format the 1st Place team will play the 4th Place Team and the 2nd Place Team will Play the 3rd Place Team.

The winners of the Semifinals will play for The Cleo Cup in the Best of 7 (2-3-2 Format) Cleo Classic.
