This Privacy Policy applies to the CCQ app (hereby referred to as the "Application", "App", or "The App") for mobile devices, created by Pista Devi (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS."
CCQ is designed to help users measure and evaluate the centering of trading cards for grading purposes.
The Application may store information including:
Saved centering analyses
Card images uploaded or captured by the user
Centering measurements and grading estimates
App preferences and settings
The Application does not require users to provide personally identifiable information such as their name, address, or phone number to use its core features.
CCQ analyzes card images and calculates centering measurements as requested by the user.
Uploaded images and associated data are processed entirely on the user's device and are not transmitted to or processed by any third-party service.
Centering results are generated locally and are not retained after processing, except for temporary storage required to display the results within the Application.
If a user chooses to save a card analysis, the saved card, image, and centering data remain stored locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to any external server.
Information stored by the Application is used solely to:
Analyze card centering
Generate centering measurements and grading estimates
Save previously analyzed cards
Improve app functionality and user experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
The Application may utilize third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling.
These services may include:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
Google Analytics for Firebase (Usage Analytics)
Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting)
Apple In-App Purchases (Subscription Management)

The Service Provider may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
As required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process
To protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the Service Provider
To investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
To trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application and are required to maintain confidentiality
Any shared information will be limited to what is necessary for the specific purpose.
You can stop all collection and storage of Application data by uninstalling the Application. Standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or app marketplace may be used.
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be promptly deleted.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information stored and processed by the Application.
Appropriate technical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are implemented to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Any updates will be posted within the Application and/or on the associated privacy policy page. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
