On Windows 10 or 11, search for Phone Link in the Start menu.
Open the app.
You’ll be asked to choose your phone type: Android or iPhone.
On your mobile device, open a browser and type www.aka.ms/phonelink.
For Android users → This will direct you to download the Link to Windows app from the Google Play Store.
For iPhone users → Follow the instructions given to connect with Phone Link (note: features are limited compared to Android).
Use the same Microsoft account on both your phone and your PC.
This ensures smooth syncing of data and notifications.
On your PC, a QR code will appear in the Phone Link app.
Open the Link to Windows app on your phone and use it to scan the QR code.
This links both devices instantly.
To make the most out of Phone Link, allow the app to access:
