YOU are a Booster! Every parent that has a player on a Centennial High School Baseball Team is automatically part of the Boosters' organization.
We are parents of players and we are the link that ties in the parents / families to the coach / player side of the Centennial Baseball Program.
We are responsible fundraising activities, player events, and community events in support of the Centennial Baseball Program.
We do not make roster decisions, coaching decisions, or play time decisions. We strictly support the Centennial Baseball Program through the efforts mentioned above.
Each rostered player will pay a fee to play baseball through the High School. That fee covers the basic cost of running the Program; needs such as uniforms and ONE coach per team, plus two assistant coaches for Varsity.
The Boosters' organization was created to close the gap between what fees cover and what it takes to create a top-notch Program that our players deserve and our coaches, players, and parents are all proud of which to be a part. Specifically, we help to cover costs of:
Baseball hats for all players
An assistant coach for each team
New Nike baseball pants, as needed
Practice equipment, e.g., practice baseballs, Big Bubba portable backstop/batting cage
Special projects per coaching staff, e.g., Varsity field and dugout enhancements, new batting cages, new JV dugouts, new scoreboard, storage shed with electrical, etc.
