📌 Types of Membership

This cooperative recognizes two types of members:

1. Regular Members   

2. Associate Members

✅ Membership Qualifications

Open to all Filipino citizens of legal age, capable of entering into a contract, and part of the CSWDO of Davao City community, including:

1. Regular, former, and retired CSWDO employees

2. Contract of Service and Job Order personnel

3. Immediate family members of regular members (as of Dec 31, 2024)
   
   

📄 Membership Requirements

To become a member, one must:

1. Submit an approved membership APPLICATION FORM (here)

2. Complete the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)

3. Pay the minimum share capital and membership fee.
   
   

📝 How to Apply

1. Submit the official application form provided by the Board of Directors.

2. Include your commitment to participate in cooperative programs (e.g., savings, capital build-up).

3. Attach a ₱500.00 membership fee (refundable if the application is rejected).
   
   

💰 Minimum Share Capital

1. Each member must subscribe and fully pay at least 30 shares.

2. No member may own more than 10% of the total subscribed share capital.
