Note to graduate applicants: Prospective M.Sc./Ph.D. graduate students are encouraged to consult the ECE Graduate Office website for the terms and procedures of graduate admissions. Many prospective applicants ask whether their application can be accepted. Please note that I do not admit students by email, as I cannot evaluate a graduate application, unless it is accompanied by independently submitted reference letters and has been reviewed/authenticated by the ECE Graduate Office.
