BIG3 GAMES ("we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of users of Cellventure, an educational mobile game designed to help students learn about cells, their functions, and basic biological processes through interactive gameplay.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Cellventure does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, payment information, or other information that directly identifies a player. The Game stores limited gameplay data locally on the device, such as completed and unlocked levels, scores, star ratings, achievements, mission results, completion times, failed attempts, and game settings. The Game does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, behavioral tracking technologies, or similar services to collect information about users or their devices.
MICROPHONE AND GAME MEDIA
Cellventure may request microphone permission for optional voice commands and it is only accessed while the voice-command feature is active. The Game does not intentionally keep permanent voice recordings or use a player's voice for advertising or identification. Players may deny or revoke microphone permission and continue using touch controls. If the device's speech-recognition service processes a command, that service is governed by the provider's own privacy terms. Built-in narration, NPC dialogue, music, sound effects, and video cutscenes are game content and do not record the player.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE DATA
Local gameplay data is used only to operate Cellventure, save progress, unlock game content, display achievements, restore player settings, provide in-game guidance, and adjust gameplay difficulty based on performance. The game may evaluate indicators such as completion time, mission success, repeated failures, and number of attempts to determine an appropriate challenge level. These values are processed as part of the game experience and are not used for advertising, marketing, or identifying the player.
STORAGE AND SECURITY
Gameplay data is stored in the Game's local application storage on the player's device and is not transmitted to BIG3 GAMES servers. We limit data handling to what is necessary for the Game to function and use reasonable safeguards; however, no electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Gameplay progress, preferences, and other local save data remain on the player's device for as long as Cellventure remains installed or until the data is removed. A player may delete local Cellventure data by using an available in-game reset option, clearing the application's storage through the Android device settings, or uninstalling the game. Microphone input used for a voice command is not intentionally retained by Cellventure after the command has been processed because BIG3 GAMES does not receive or maintain a remote copy of local save data, the team cannot remotely view, restore, or delete that data.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Cellventure is an educational game that may be used by children and students. The Game does not require children to provide names, contact details, school information, photographs, or other identifying information. Parents and guardians may disable microphone access through the device settings.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Cellventure may be downloaded through Google Play. The store, Android operating system, and device services may independently process information related to downloads, installations, updates, reviews, device compatibility, crash handling, account activity, permissions, or speech recognition such processing is controlled by the relevant platform or service provider and is separate from the data handled directly by Cellventure.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Cellventure's features, permissions, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will show a revised effective date and will be posted on the official Cellventure privacy-policy page. If a future version introduces online accounts, cloud saving, remote analytics, advertisements, or automatic transmission of gameplay or voice data, the relevant disclosures will be revised before or when those features are released.
