SUMMARY

Assistant Professor of Accounting at CUNEF University and Certified Public Accountant in Brazil. For the past eight years, I have focused my academic research on managerial accounting using quantitative approaches. I earned my Ph.D. in March 2024 from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil, with a doctoral research stay at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. My dissertation explores the impact of reward systems design, particularly how different types of incentives, such as bonus allocation and distribution preferences, affect team performance and commitment. I have recent publications in the field with over 100 citations according to Google Scholar.
