Celia's Preschool is owned and operated by a retired nurse, Mrs. Cecilia Bissessar, who started this preschool with a daycare in 1983 but later closed the daycare in 2006. The quality of education in this preschool is amazing since we do not only focus on play and recreation but rather focus on all the different areas that make a child ready for primary school; like reading, writing, mathematics, friendship, kindness, manners, and physical activities to keep them healthy. This preschool also offers extra-curricular subjects such as Spanish, Dance, and Music at an additional cost.
