Parliament money is allocated to Economic Forum
The Forum can issues loans to players which is used only for the purpose of establishing UN Managed Stock Accounts for those players
Managed Stock must be in stocks which have revenue dividends
Managed Stock may be sold only if selling it pays off the loan
Managed Stock dividends go towards paying back the loan, once loan is paid, player gain control over Managed Stock (unless sold to pay loan)
To join Economic Forum, you must donate 40% of your total monetary which includes bond assets to the Forum
