1: Rules beat all other legal documents.

2: New legal documents beat old legal documents if they're from the same genre *law vs laws for example.

3: Bill of Rights when interpreted and applied, beats Nation Laws, UN Laws, and Contracts.

4: Contracts don’t count if made after a UN Law says they’re illegal.

5: Contracts between citizens don’t count if made after a Nation Law says they’re illegal.

6: Contracts between nations are not affected by Nation Law.

7: UN Law beats Alliance/Nation Law.

8: Alliance Law beats Nation Law.
