After Liberty Realm was annex by FSS and FSS was then abandoned...the UN aquired the lands and turned it into a UNFS called the New Player Forest.
The UNFS is for the purpose of a sharestone which recommends new players travel to it. This is to encourage new players to establish their own countries in the dark forest.
