Voting Powers
In a shareholder system +50% of shares in agreement is conducted to determine how the money is spent.
75% of shares in agreement is conducted to destroy stock.
75% of shares in agreement is conducted to reform stock.
Reforming stock
Reforming stock can include the following.
1: Changing how the money can be used.
2: Changing the stock from limited to unlimited and vice versa.
*If unlimited becomes limited then ONLY the shares currently bought exist as limited shares.Â
