Ⅰ: Overview

The following document provides penalty options the The Judicial Committee may use for all laws including ones which list defined penalties or ones which don’t list any penalties.

ⅠⅠ: Penalty Levels

A: If restitutive penalties fail to be followed or there’s a reasonable belief that stronger measures are needed to prevent further crimes then prevention penalties are to be used.

ⅠⅠⅠ: Judicial Penalty Rights

A: The Judicial Committee has the right to use conditional penalties.

B: The Judicial Committee may choose whether items get returned for good behavior which is at its discretion.

C: The Judicial Committee may form deals such as a player not going to jail in exchange for holding or taking various items of that player.

Ⅳ: Restitution Penalties.

-Return of items stolen.

-Charge of a fee equivalent to the crime.

-Forced apology.

Ⅴ: Prevention Penalties.

-Teleportation to jail.

*May specify how long.

-Order to be executed.

-Police raid of base.

-Confiscation of some/all items.

-Murder of animals.

-Exile teleportation to wilderness.

-Confiscation of hub market private shop land.
