-The UN should support the loan sharks and give them whatever tools they need to get their money back

-A deal is a deal, if someone couldn't pay it back then they shouldn't have made the deal and it's their fault

-The UN will try to ensure the victim/victims are involved and can personally execute punishments against the wrongdoer
