As an Actor

Iqbaal started his career by playing the role of Trapani in the musical drama Laskar Pelangi which was staged from 2010 to 2011. After that, he received an offer to model in the music video clip of The Rain's single "Bermain dengan Hatiku" and got the role of Rusdi in his first feature film, 5 Elang in 2011. In July 2017, Iqbaal was announced to play the character Dilan in the film adaptation of the novel Dilan: Dia adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990.
