The Center for Education and Intervention Research (CEIR), founded and directed by Dr. Johanna deLeyer-Tiarks, is dedicated to improving outcomes through advancing intervention science in the areas of psychology and education. CEIR researchers and lab affiliates conduct interdisciplinary, scientifically rigorous research to develop new psychological, mind-body, and learning-based interventions and to investigate the ways in which existing interventions can be applied in new ways. In line with our mission to bridge the science to practice gap, CEIR researchers and lab affiliates disseminate research findings in a variety of publication and media outlets targeted to scientific, practitioner, and non-professional audiences.
