Designing your own home is one of life’s most exciting ventures — and we’re here to help make that process clear, collaborative, and deeply rewarding. Whether you’re starting with a plot of land or already have planning permission in place, we tailor our service around you.

We begin with a design consultation at a fixed fee of £150. This allows us to meet you, walk through your aspirations, and understand your lifestyle and priorities. From there, we’ll develop a clear brief and a bespoke fee proposal based on the scope, complexity and level of service you need. If travel is required, a small additional charge may apply.

Our role can be as expansive or focused as you need — from early feasibility and concept design, through to planning, tendering, and on-site support during construction. We’ll work closely with you and your team to ensure your vision is realised with care and clarity.

If you choose to move forward with us, we’ll deduct the £150 consultation fee from your final quote.
