"AI will replace your writers and create your content in one click."
The market is saturated with promises of total automation. We are sold the idea that quantity can replace clarity, leading to noisy, soulless digital ecosystems losing all omnichannel coherence.
AI is not an author, it is an architectural lever.
As a Project Architect, I see AI as a tool for structure and efficiency.
The signal: AI excels at:
Deconstructing complex needs into simple workflows.
Accelerating the production of content "skeletons" (podcasts, articles) to free up time for strategy.
Bridging the gap between raw vision and fluid technical execution.
Do not ask AI to "write." Ask it to "structure."
Step 1: Use AI to audit your needs and create a coherent content architecture.
Step 2: Standardize production flows (Content Ops) by integrating tools like Gemini or ChatGPT for brainstorming and outlining.
Step 3: Maintain control over "Thought Leadership" to ensure the message remains aligned with your corporate strategy.
Do not start with a blank page. Start with a structure.
To test the power of AI as an architectural lever rather than a writing tool, try this 5-minute exercise:
The Exercise: Take the most complex content you have produced recently (a meeting transcript, a technical memo, or a podcast episode).
The Prompt: Do not ask it to write an article. Tell it: "Analyze this content and break it down into a logical structure of 3 operational pillars. Identify frictions and propose a simplified workflow to solve them."
The Result: You will see AI move from "intern writer" to Strategy Consultant. You will obtain a solid architecture upon which you can layer your own expertise and voice.
I write these protocols to structure my own thinking, but also to meet the thinking of others. If this subject resonates with your own reflections or current challenges, feel free to reach out for a simple exchange of views.
