Use this guide to fill out the Transfer of Credit forms. The Transfer of Credit form (NOT this guide) must be submitted with other pertinent documents, such as transcripts. This is a one-time activity in any course of study, at the first level. If you want to do credit transfers at upper levels, then that is called Module Exemption.
