We want to make sure we can trust you due to us having had problems in the past with griefing.

If you want to join, there are some rules you're going to have to follow. If you don't follow these rules, you will be punished in multiple ways depending on the severity of the rulebreak.

1- No Griefing (Destruction of builds or anything else in the realm)

2- No interfering with others' builds

3- Ask before renting or buying property.

4- If you want to use some empty land, mark it with a fence first.

5- Don't build on land that has a fence around it.

6- Always build a parking lot to your build.
