What motivates you as a coach to inspire your athletes ?

Seeing the growth that comes from working hard for a goal and learning to achieve your best. It is with in all of us to give an effort when we are motivated, however making habits of solid daily growth can be what realizes an individuals true dreams even when they are not motivated.

Success is sometimes the aggregate of marginal gains... So take care of the little things.
