Plan of Action-II

Members from all the teams came to college on a weekend;

Project and event management team was working on preparation of power point presentation and was trying to understand functioning of the project management software to be used in this project.

Operation team started working on the logistics.

Marketing team started working on the content and design of the Micro site for CDP.

SAP team started making calls to relevant authorities to book appointments and discuss about the CDP. This included local government officials, hospitals and trusts who have contributed in such cause earlier.
