This Privacy Policy applies to the DuoTime (Split Clock) mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the 'App') provided as a paid application on the App Store, Google Play Store, etc.

DuoTime prioritizes user privacy. The App is a paid application that contains no advertisements. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information or device data to external servers.

1. Data Collection & Sharing

DuoTime does not collect, record, or store any personal data (such as name, email address, device identifier, location, etc.).

• No Account Registration: You can use all features of the App without signing up or creating an account.

• No Third-Party Trackers: The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, marketing tools, or advertising tracking SDKs.

2. Local Storage

All app preferences and custom configurations are stored locally on your device.

• Data Stored: Clock styles, split panel selections, timezone information, locale settings, light/dark theme preference, and custom image file paths.

• Storage Location: Saved locally on your device using shared_preferences. This data is never sent to any remote server or shared with third parties.

• Data Retention: All settings and configuration data are deleted immediately when you uninstall the App.

3. Device Permissions

DuoTime requests only the minimal device permissions required to provide clock functionalities:

• Photo Library / Gallery Access: Only requested when you choose to set a custom background image (Photo Clock). The selected image is loaded locally and never uploaded to any server.

• Prevent Sleep / Screen On (Wakelock): Utilized to keep the screen awake so you can use the device as a desk clock. This is operated entirely locally on the device.

4. No Advertising

The App is sold as a paid app and contains no advertisements (no banners, no interstitials, no reward ads). We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes or behavioral targeting.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age limit in your country). Children can use the App safely without any privacy concerns.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted here or announced on the app marketplace pages.
