1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the "CDL Prep 2026: Modernized ELDT" mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Educational Disclaimer (Important)
No Government Affiliation: This application is an independent study tool. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
No Guarantee of Success: Mastery App Studio provides educational materials but does not guarantee that you will pass your official CDL exam by using this app.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing: Premium features are available through subscriptions managed via the Google Play Store and processed by RevenueCat.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
4. AI Assistant (Gemini AI)
The AI tutor feature is powered by Google's Gemini API. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to verify critical information with official CDL manuals.
5. Account Termination and Deletion
Termination: Mastery App Studio reserves the right to terminate your access to the app for any violation of these terms.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time via the "Delete Account" button within the app settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mastery App Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
