Clifton Strengths is a personality assessment that measures your identity based off of 34 different categories. My identity relfects 2 themes: relationship building and influencing. Relationship building assists in forming strong connections with others in both a professional and informal setting. Influencing helps you take initiative and speak up for what you believe in. The test then ranked me with my top 5 specific talents and strengths that fall under those themes listed below.
