2025 CDGGCA Clinic & Scholarship Scramble

Money raised from both of these events helps to provide scholarships to CDGGCA golfers.

Scholarship Application

• Here is the link to the 2025 application via Google Form

  • There is an essay that needs to be submitted at the end of the Google Form.

• This must be submitted by April 15th

• Criteria for graduating seniors per section VIII in the constitution:

  • The golfer must have earned a varsity letter in golf during the previous season.

  • She must be attending an accredited college.

  • She may not be receiving an athletic scholarship from a Division 1, Division 2, or NAIA college.  She may be receiving an academic scholarship or other forms of financial aid.

  • The golfer must have either played in at least one scholarship scramble or attended at least one player's clinic during her high school years.  Stronger consideration will be given to golfers who participated in one or both of these activities more than one time (we realize this is not the case this year due to COVID and lack of these offerings over the past two years)

• Those being awarded the scholarship will be announced at the April Meeting

2025 CDGGCA Scholarship Recipients

Olivia Gratz of Marysville is the D1 recipient and will attend the University of Toledo.

Trina So of Worthington Christian is the DII partial recipient.  She will be attending The Ohio State University.

Rebecca Vamos of Hilliard Bradley Is the DI partial recipient.  She will be attending Ohio University.

• To nominate a player, have the following form filled out for each player and emailed to CDGGCA presidents by the second Tuesday after Sectionals. 

  • • Division 1 to butcher_charles@dublinschools.net

    • Division 2 to  Juliet.Litzel@mevsd.us

• Here is the electronic form.  When you click on the link, it will automatically force you to make a copy of the document.  Please rename/title it with the name of the player you are nominating, along with Div 1 or Div 2 (ex: Megan Littlejohn-Div 1).  Once you have done that, you can start editing the form.  You will fill out a new form for each player.
