USPHS Officers who may be seeking behavioral health care are eligible to work with a virtual therapist from a company called Telemynd (think BetterHelp but specifically for uniformed service members). To get assistance:

1. Get a referral from your Primary Care Manager (PCM) 

2. Go to https://www.telemynd.com/military, click on “Get Started” and enter your info

3. In 1-2 weeks you will receive a letter in the mail with the name of a provider and instructions to schedule
