This Privacy Policy applies to the CDCQA app (hereby referred to as "Application") that was created by Division 1 Technology LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This policy will help you understand what information is collected by the Application, how the Application uses it, and what choices you have as a user. The Application was built as a free service and is intended for use "as is".
If you choose to use the Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that is collected is used for providing and improving the Application. Third-party services may use location information transmitted from users' mobile phones. This information is only used within the scope necessary for the designated service.
The Service Provider and/or third-party services may collect information from your device in some cases. This information will be utilized for the provision of better service and to prevent fraudulent acts. Additionally, such information will not include that which will identify the individual user.
The Service Provider values the confidentiality of your personal information, thus they striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Unfortunately, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and reliable, therefore its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In addition, the Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. Moreover, the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that they may be able to take necessary action.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Thus, you are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. These changes are effective immediately, upon being posted to this page.
