Delete Your CdBMilano Account

If you wish to permanently delete your CdBMilano account and your associated personal information, you may submit a deletion request.

Option 1 – From the App (Recommended)

Open the CdBMilano  application.

Navigate to:

Profile → Delete Account

Follow the instructions displayed in the application.

Option 2 – By Email

If you cannot access the application, you may send an email to:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

This helps us identify your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request has been processed, we will permanently delete:

• User account

• Profile information

• Email address

• Phone number

• Profile picture

• Tournament registrations

• Chat history

• Match history associated with your account

• Notification preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained for a limited period when required:

• To comply with legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security investigations

• Financial or accounting requirements (if applicable)

Any retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

All communications between the application and our servers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Users may disable notifications through their device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

CdBMilano  is intended for adult users and members of the CdBMilano  Backgammon Club.

The application is not designed for children under the age of 18.
