SUBMISSION

Author Instruction

  1. Submission should not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or submitted in parallel to any other conference or workshop that has proceedings.

  2. The manuscript of the papers should be limited to a maximum length of 1 page (short paper) or 2~4 pages (regular paper)(Format : A4 size single space, double column and Time Roman of font size 10).

  3. At least one of authors of accepted papers must present one’s paper at the conference.

  4. Longer or extended version of the papers that have been presented at the workshop will be welcomed to be submitted to either of a special section of Journal of Multimedia Information System (JMIS), scheduled to appear in the March 2023 issue, or a special section of Nonlinear Theory and Its Applications, IEICE, scheduled to appear in the January 2023 issue. In particular, award- winning presentations will be nominated for suitable submissions for the special section by the General Chair of the workshop.

  5. Program Committee may select the best research paper and the best young scientist (student) paper for awards.

  2. All submitted papers will be reviewed and evaluated on the basis of relevance, originality, technical quality and clarity. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The official language is English. The submission process will be conducted using electronic system through

NOTICE

1. Oral Presentation


- Please save the presentation material PPT on USB. Announcement as a beam project


- Presentation time: 12-13 minutes for thesis presentation, 2~3 minutes for Q&A.


- Please observe the presentation time.



2. Poster Presentation


- If possible, please print out one A1 size sheet and attach it.(Vertical)


- Poster presenters, please prepare a one-minute speech. The leader will lead the show host.


- If A1 is not manufactured, print out 10 PPT sheets and attach them


- If you leave the seat after attaching it, it will be unpublished.


- The poster presentation will be held for 50 minutes, and participants can answer questions about the paper.


  • The presenter must make a verbal and poster presentation at the specified time and location. If it is not announced without prior contact, there may be a notification and sanctions to the advisor.
