How to Participate

Starting June 1, get a registration packet at the library or register online.

Then, log your reading. Remember, all reading counts, including audiobooks, graphic novels, ebooks, and magazines -- even if someone else reads them to you!

For kids starting Kindergarten and older, summer reading is set up so you'll earn free books and prizes when you read 20 minutes a day. Read more than 20 minutes a day? That's great! You'll earn your books and prizes even faster! Click here to learn more about prizes.

For kids from birth to preschool, earn books and prizes during summer reading (and all year long!) as part of our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Get a book or prize for every 100 books read!
