CCP intent and counseling forms for 26-27 SY are due 4/1/26
Ohio's College Credit Plus program allows college-ready students to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college courses from Ohio colleges and/or universities at little or no cost to families. This program promotes rigorous academic pursuits and provides a wide variety of options to college-ready students in grades 7-12, including students who may have an interest in pursuing a particular career pathway.

Attend the Information and Counseling Session on December 2nd at 6:30 and/or watch the recording when posted.
Submit your Online Intent to Participate and Counseling Session form, (link will be available via QR code or in the slide presentation) due by April 1, 2026 or November 1, 2026 -- required password is provided during the meeting.
-- These forms are required for ALL CCP students, even if you participated in the past
3. Apply to college(s) of your choice and complete admission procedures. Organize yourself click HERE for a handy resource.

Please request your Transcripts HERE
4. Once accepted, schedule your classes with your college advisor AND send a copy to your OHVA counselor with the following information:
School Name/logo
Student Name
Course Title
Course Number
Location (online or on campus)
Number of Credit Hours for the course
5. Once in class, monitor your grades! Ask for help, if needed! Pass your class(es)!
