In phase 2, participants begin the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness program. The program offers valuable tools for increasing self awareness and improving emotional intelligence to effectively lead others in creating cultures of belonging. Learn more about PQ on our Q & A page
Throughout the program, you'll learn how to practice each teaching through Skill Drills designed to help you increase awareness of yourself and your cultures. These Skill Drills will help you make critical observations about how you show up as a women of color and how you show up for the cultures you belong to. You'll use these observations to create a System's Integration Plan that will help you continue moving toward creating cultures of belonging.Â
