To accomplish this we engage women in the CCOB 4 phase process that teaches them how to skillfully expand their racial and ethnic awareness and learn how to impact their personal and professional systems.

We invite all women of color working within an organization
What will participants take away?
Increase their self-awareness of how their racial and ethnic experiences impact their leadership and organizational connections
Learn how psychological safety, boundary setting, and authentic leadership leads to creating cultures of belonging
Participate in the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program which offers leaders tools and practices on how to promote positive mindset, improve connections, and increase a sense of belonging with themselves and others
Gain tools, techniques and models to help navigate the disruptions and discomforts that may exist in their workplace as a women of color
Increase emotional intelligence and confidence

Program will meet every Thursday from Sept. 5th - Nov. 21st, 2024
There are 12 weekly sessions, each running for 2-hour via zoom
