Loan Term: 5 year ARM on a 20 year term (The loan matures at 5 years and we will go before the rate committee at Uwharrie, where they will decide if a rate increase is needed given the rates at that time.) 

Interest Rate: 4.5% for the initial 5 year period.  (A very competitive rate in the current market and across all other lenders.) 

Loan Amount: $3,500,000 

Monthly Payment Amount: $22,618

New Campus Total Purchase Amount: $5,250,000
