Sai Phani Kumar Vangala

Dr. Sai Phani pursued his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur where he worked on the "Computational Design of TiO2-based Catalysts using DFT" under the supervision of Prof. Parag A. Deshpande. After the completion of Ph.D., he went to Northwestern University in USA to carryout his postdoctoral research on "Chemical Recyclability of Polymers" through multiscale simulations under the supervision of Prof. Linda J. Broadbelt. Before joining IISER Bhopal, he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Chemical Engineering Department at McGill University, Canada under the supervision of Prof. Ali Seifitokaldani, where he worked on "Computational Design of Electrocatalysts for the Electrochemical Energy Conversion Reactions".
