CacheLift provides cleaner tools for cache cleanup, large file sorting, screenshot cleanup, app management, and network activity information. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your location, to use the Services. If required by law, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
3. Limited License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing files, screenshots, apps, and other items before confirming deletion, cleanup, or uninstallation. You should save or back up important content before removing it.
5. Device Permissions
The App may require certain permissions for storage scanning, cleanup, app management, and network activity features. If permissions are denied or revoked, related features may not operate properly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the Services, violate laws, interfere with App operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or reverse engineer the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
7. App Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not required to provide any specific feature forever.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its software, design, text, features, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Services. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

11. Cleanup Results
The amount of storage that can be released depends on your device, files, cache data, screenshots, installed apps, granted permissions, and user selections. The App does not guarantee a specific cleanup result.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
14. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or if termination is needed to protect the Services or legal interests.
15. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms. The Effective Date will indicate the latest version. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
