- - 8:30-2:30pm
- "Café Days" on Thursdays & Fridays- hot food made by our ProStart culinary students
  - 9:45am-11:15am - AM Breaks
  - 1:00pm-2:30pm - PM Breaks
CCICafé Goal: For students to gain an authentic hospitality experience running an operation and to complete their hands-on training hours in the cafe!
CCICafé Purpose: To support the curriculum being taught in the classrooms of the Hospitality & Tourism pathway at the CCIC and create an opportunity for all pathway students to connect & collaborate!
Payments: We accept Cash, Card, Debit, Toast E-Gift Card, & Apple Pay
This is not part of the federal school lunch program

How can I pay?

CCICafé guests can pay with Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card, cash, E-Gift card, or Apple Pay.

E-Gift cards can be purchased at https://www.toasttab.com/ccicafe/giftcards

Can I get reimbursed for a remaining balance on my
E-Giftcard at the end of the year?

No, whatever amount is upload to the E-Giftcard will not be able to be reimbursed if not spent. This acts like a regular gift card, so any remaining balance can be used the next year, or will be seen as a donation to our program. There is a $25 limit which can be re-loaded at any time online with a credit or debit card.

Is online ordering available?

At this time, we will only be taking orders in person at the café. This gives our students the customer service practice they need to prepare for careers in the hospitality industry.

What protocols will students working in the CCICafé be taking to keep guests safe?

Employees will be required to wash their hands upon arrival, at least every 30 minutes during their shift, when changing tasks during their shift, and when they finish their shift.

Adhere strictly to the hygenic practices listed in the Colorado Retail Food Regulations & Arapahoe County Health

Can anyone from the public come to the CCICafé?

The cafe is meant only for CCIC students, staff, and approved building visitors.
