The CCICatering program is a collaboration between our ProStart culinary students and our Hospitality Management students. They work together to effectively execute hired events for our guests. Our Hospitality & Tourism students gain industry experience working with guests who visit the CCIC. Students are also earning hours towards completing their ProStart program competencies in order to earn industry certifications and college credits through Metropolitan State University of Denver.
