The Prayer and Bible Club is a student-led voluntary extraccuricular group that focuses on Christian faith through Bible study, prayer, music, and fellowship.

Drama Club is an extraccuricular activity where students explore the performing arts, particularly acting, through rehearsals, performances, and other related activities.

Key Club is the oldest and largest student-led service organization for high school students and is sponsored by Kiwanis International. Members focus on building character and leadership skills by providing service to their schools, communities, and to the world through projects and other iniatives.

The Tigers on Main Club was created to connect with the outside organization of Young Heflin Main Street. This club works with Heflin Main Street to get high school students involved in their community.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a national Career and Technical Student Organization for students in Family and Consumer Sciences Education, focused on developing essential life skills through Family and Consumer Sciences education.
