The Mentorship Council arranged another meeting for the mentors to communicate and interact with their mentees. Mr Shahid Qadri, 6th entry and Dr Khalid Saeed were the mentors for this session while there were around 12 mentees in total. General Secretary Hassam Khan led the meeting while Vice President Mahad Aqeel managed the set up of the meeting and ensured all mentees were in direct communication with their mentors.The meeting helped the mentees understand the significance of mentors in their life. They were also guided on basic life skills and character development.The Mentorship Program has been going smoothly and the Council looks forward to improve the interactions between the mentor and mentee and take the program gradually on to a better scale for the betterment of the cadets.
The Vice President of the Mentorship Council, Wing Commander Mahad Aqeel gave the Mentorship Program a smooth start with his first meeting with his mentor Lt Gen Najib Ullah Khan (Retd). Discussions related to character development and future career choices took place. Both the mentee and mentor were highly satisfied with their interaction and looked forward to more meetings.The mentors and mentees are now in touch and conversations between them have started. The Mentorship Council looks forward to a smooth running of the program.
On 23rd September 2022, the CCH Mentorship Council held a meeting with Dr. Irfan Ahmed 26E HW. It was an open discussion in which Dr. Irfan shared his experiences and views about career selection, and the Cadets took full advantage of this opportunity.The session ended on a high note, with the Cadets having learnt a great deal about the field of medicine.The CCH Mentorship Council has adopted a policy of holding weekly meetings with its mentors in order to create a link between the present-day Abdalians and the old boys and to help guidethe Cadets regarding careers. This venture will surely help these young Cadets reach new heights, and will help them on the road to becoming 21st Century Global leaders.
First In-Campus Zoom meeting between mentors and mentees was held on 13th September, 2022.
